  1. Start typing /plantuml and select PlantUML SVG for Confluence

  2. Select the edit pencil icon

  3. Either:

    1. Type or paste in a url which points to PlantUML syntax into the text field on the left

    2. Or type or paste PlantUML syntax directly into the text box on the right

  4. Press Save
