Start typing /plantuml and select PlantUML SVG for Confluence

Open

Select the edit pencil icon

Open

Either:

1. Type or paste in a url which points to PlantUML syntax into the text field on the left

2. Or type or paste PlantUML syntax directly into the text box on the right

Press Save
