Locate and click the “Apps” button at the top of Confluence
Click the “Page Owner Tools and Reports” button
You should see the following section on the page:
Select a Space from the dropdown and optionally tick the “Display Confluence Page Status” checkbox.
Then press Generate Space Report and . If you are results results from a large space then you may see a loading counter like below:
Once results have loaded you will be shown a table of all pages in a Space with a column for the Owned By User of the page, the Page Title and optionally the Confluence Page Status. Deleted, Deactivated, Unlicensed and Anonymous Users will be shown at the top of the list to make finding them easier, otherwise the table is sorted by the Full Name from the Owned By column.
Unfinished Search
If you perform a search with a very large number of results (such as a search across a large Space or All Spaces) the App may not be able to return all results at once. In this case you will see the following dialog when results are returned.

Download as a csv file

Once results have been returned you can press the “Download as a csv file” to download a csv file of the results, including the Page URL, Page Title and Owner Name. If the “Display Confluence Page Status” checkbox has been ticked then the csv will also contain the Page Status.
