Finding Old Users

If you want to use the Pages Owned By User or Bulk Page Owner Update sections for Users who are either deleted or deactivated on Confluence then you need to press the Find Old Users button in the Old User Finder section in order for the App to find these users who still are the Owners of Pages

This may take quite a long time depending on the number of Users and Pages you have.

Once these users have been found you will then be able to select them in the Get page details for User or Current Owner (from) dropdowns until you either close the page or refresh the page. After then you will have to generate them again.

These old Users will have generic names as personal information has been deleted, you can use the Pages Owned By User section to lookup which old Users own which pages before changing them using the Bulk Page Owner Update section
