Page Owner Tools and Reports makes it easy to find information and reports about the “Owned By” status of Pages in your Confluence. This is displayed at the top of every Page in the box highlighted in red below.

Generating a Space Report

Page Owner Tools and Reports can generate a Space Report which shows you all Pages in a Space and their Owned by User. It can optionally also display the Confluence Page Status of the Page.

  1. Locate and click the “Apps” button at the top of Confluence

  2. Click the “Page Owner - Owned Pages” button

  3. You should see the following section on the page:

  4. Select a Space from the dropdown and optionally tick the “Display Confluence Page Status” checkbox.

  5. Then press Generate Space Report and you will be shown a table of all pages in a Space with a column for the Owned By User of the page, the Page Title and optionally the Confluence Page Status. Deleted, Deactivated, Unlicensed and Anonymous Users will be shown at the top of the list to make finding them easier, otherwise the table is sorted by the Full Name from the Owned By column.

Unfinished Search

If you perform a search with a very large number of results (such as a search across a large Space or All Spaces) the App may not be able to return all results at once. In this case you will see the following dialog when results are returned.

In this case, the Deleted, Deactivated, Unlicensed and Anonymous Users shown will only be surfaced to the top for this batch of results so you will need to press Continue Search until the dialog is no longer shown in order to find all the Pages Owned By Users who are no longer around.
